I grew up close to nature, in an environment where responsibility, patience, and hands-on work were part of everyday life. That grounding shaped how I move through the world: attentive to details, respectful of processes, and deeply aware that consistency and care create lasting results.
From early on, I was drawn to international environments. Through Erasmus programmes in France and the Netherlands, I learned to adapt quickly, communicate across cultures, and connect with people beyond language or background. These experiences strengthened my ability to function calmly and effectively in unfamiliar contexts — a skill that continues to guide my work.
What consistently motivates me is practical impact. I discovered this through volunteering, hands-on initiatives, and later through projects such as website creation and social media promotion for causes I genuinely cared about. Seeing work translate into immediate, tangible outcomes confirmed what energises me most: making systems clearer, work lighter, and collaboration smoother for others.
In 2015, I relocated to Belgium and joined Toyota Motor Europe, where I spent several years developing strong foundations in process management, data accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement. Working in a complex, high-standard environment refined my ability to balance precision with flexibility, and structure with human awareness.
Over time, this naturally evolved into the creation of VirtualAssistStudio — a space where I support entrepreneurs, small businesses, and creatives by bringing clarity, organisation, and reliable execution to administrative, digital, and creative tasks. My approach is calm, proactive, and detail-oriented, allowing others to focus on growth and vision while knowing the foundations are solid.
Beyond work, I am curious by nature: I travel, explore cultures, learn through doing, dance tango, and stay physically active. These practices keep me grounded, present, and open — qualities that translate directly into how I show up professionally.
At my core, I aim to create positive, stabilising impact — bringing clarity, harmony, and momentum to the environments I enter, so people and projects can develop with confidence and ease.
