The Journey Behind
Virtual Assist Studio
I grew up surrounded by nature and hands-on work on a family farm, learning early the value of responsibility, patience, and perseverance. These lessons shaped how I approach both life and work: with precision, care, and curiosity for learning.
I always dreamed of being part of Erasmus, and I participated in two programs: a full exchange in France and an intensive two-week program in the Netherlands. These experiences strengthened my adaptability, cultural awareness, and ability to connect with people from different backgrounds — skills I carry into every project I take on.
I discovered my love for supporting others through volunteering and hands-on projects. What I loved most was seeing the immediate, tangible impact of my work — something that can sometimes feel distant in larger organizations. More recently, I’ve taken on projects like creating websites and promotion of a referendum via social media channels whose cause was close to my heart, helping increase its visibility through social media. These experiences confirmed that I truly enjoy making life easier, smoother, and more organized for others, while supporting causes and people that matter.
Although I had planned to settle in Norway, life had other plans, and I packed my luggage once again — this time moving to Belgium in 2015. There, I joined Toyota Motor Europe, where I developed key professional skills, including:
–Process management and continuous improvement — streamlining workflows and implementing Kaizen initiatives
–Data accuracy and reporting — maintaining high-quality reports and dashboards
–Clear and transparent communication — coordinating across departments and with external stakeholders
–Project coordination — managing multiple activities simultaneously with attention to detail
–Problem-solving under pressure — adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges
These experiences, combined with my passion for supporting others, inspired me to create VirtualAssistStudio — helping entrepreneurs, small businesses, and creatives handle administrative, digital, and creative tasks with accuracy, care, and proactive communication.
Outside of work, I love traveling, trying new things, learning through doing, exploring cultures, dancing tango, and staying active — passions that keep me balanced, inspired, and open to new challenges.
At heart, I want to create positive impact — bringing harmony, clarity, and energy to every task, so others can focus on growth, creativity, and what truly matters.
